Band News

04-24-03:
Our thoughts go out to our buddy, Sean McKinney, the drummer of the LA Band,
Genius. About 10 days ago, he was driving up the 110 freeway, when someone thought it would be appropriate to drop a huge [6"x8"] rock off an overpass. This asshole's missile struck Sean's car, went through the windshield and broke his collarbone. The steering wheel apparently stopped it from hitting him in the head, which would have been unthinkable. To make matters worse, he doesn't currently have insurance, and the Police didn't catch the guy who did it.
   Speedy recovery, good friend.

SARS, believed to have originated in southern China and apparently resistant to standard treatments, has put health authorities in a spin with attempts to curb the outbreak intensifying.
